What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). As we are proudly Aussie owned and operated, your order will be charged in Australian dollars.
I'm missing an item from my order?
We may have delivered your items in separate parcels. If this is the case, please double-check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If we have packaged and divided your order into two parcels for example, you would receive two separate emails with delivery tracking details.
If an item is missing, please contact us. Please include the order number as well as the missing item’s description. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
Why didn't I receive an invoice with my order?
Invoices are paperless, it’s better for the environment! We will email you a copy of your invoice with your order confirmation. You can also view or download a copy of your invoice from your account:
- Log into your Wines Non-Alcohol account.
- Click onto your orders.
- Here you can view all of your recent orders. Each order that you have made will have a ‘VIEW ORDER DETAILS’ and ‘DOWNLOAD PDF INVOICE’ tab, allowing you to download a copy of your invoice.
Once you have placed your order, an email will also be sent to you outlining your order details.
Forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by entering the email address that you used to create an account. You will receive a link to create a new password via your email.
Alternatively, you can also click onto My Account and click onto the ‘lost my password?’ link, which is below the login box.
How much is shipping to Australia?
$9 Flat Rate Australia Shipping (Australia Post Standard)
- No minimum spend or thresholds! Standard shipping is automatically applied to your order once you checkout.
- Only applicable to orders delivered to Australia.
When will my delivery arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and are delivered via Australia Post (standard delivery). To find out when your delivery should arrive, enter your suburb or postcode into Australia Post’s Delivery Calculator. All of our orders are dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales.
Please note: Deliveries may be delayed during any sales or promotional events.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been submitted.
If your order is still in transit however, you may be able to use My Post from Australia Post to change the delivery address, or have it left in a safe place. You will have to sign up to My Post if you do not already have an account.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with delivery tracking details. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.
You can also use My Post from Australia Post to track your delivery across your devices.
My order hasn't arrived yet?
If your order is late and has yet to arrive:
- Check the status of the delivery by tracking your order.
- Check if an ‘Item Awaiting Collection’ or ‘Safe Drop’ card has been left in your letterbox or underneath your door.
- Check to see if anyone else at the address has accepted or signed for the order on your behalf.
If you are still not able to locate or track the delivery status of your order, please contact us and we will get in touch with Australia Post to investigate further.
What is Wines Non-Alcohol's returns policy?
Please choose your item/s carefully as Wines Non-Alcohol does not offer returns for items where you have changed your mind. This includes returns where you have selected the incorrect size of an item, or where you have ordered the wrong product.
We are happy to offer a return if an item is deemed as faulty. However, this does not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse. The item/s must also be provided to us within a reasonable time with your proof of purchase. You can download a copy of your invoice from your orders.
Wines Non-Alcohol will offer a replacement, or refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method, if the problem is major (faulty). A major problem is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what Wines Non-Alcohol said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Faulty Returns Process
Once we receive your item, it will be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome as to whether or not it is deemed as faulty. If the item is faulty, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Delivery Times for Returns
- Returns within the metro area generally take 2 to 5 business days to reach us.
- Returns from outside the metro area may take up to 10 business days to reach us.
Refund Processing Time
- For refunds, your financial institution may need an additional 3-5 days to clear the funds into your bank account.
How do I return a faulty item?
If you would like to return a faulty item/s, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the matter promptly.
How do I know that i'm purchasing a genuine product?
At Wines Non-Alcohol, we only stock genuine and authentic items. Bought directly from the brands that we offer. We don’t buy fakes, so you can be sure that the item you’ve received is both genuine and original.
The products that you see on our site have our backing and have either been used or at least trialled and tested by us, before being added onto our store. If we didn’t give it the tick of approval, we wouldn’t dare to offer it to anyone.
Does Wines Non-Alcohol price match?
Wines Non-Alcohol will match the price of a branded (non-Wines Non-Alcohol) item that you’ve seen cheaper on another site.
Contact us to let us know which item it is that you have seen selling for less, along with the website that it is on. Once we’ve checked it out, we’ll send you a discount/promo code for the difference. You can then proceed to buy that item from Wines Non-Alcohol at the lower price.
If you’ve already bought your item from Wines Non-Alcohol and happen to find that item cheaper on another website, just let us know within 28 days. We’ll still send you a discount/promo code for the difference. You can use the discount/promo code on your next Wines Non-Alcohol purchase.
Please note that there are a few terms and conditions specific to Wines Non-Alcohol’s price match policy:
- Price match is only available on non-Wines Non-Alcohol branded items that are available on our website.
- A price match claim can be made either before you purchase an item, or within 28 days of making your purchase.
- If you have found an item cheaper on another website, the product must be in stock and identical in colour/size.
- The item that you want to price match must be full price and not be reduced as part of any sales or promotion.
- We will send you the discount/promo code for the price difference once we have verified the price of that item.
- To enable us to match a price on an item, it must be displayed and transacted on an Australian site, in Australian dollars (AUD).
- We do not offer a price match on items sold on discounted websites, or on delivery charges.
Why have I received an additional item with my order?
If you have received an item that you did not purchase, it is a gift from us saying thank you. Occasionally, we like to throw in something for free into your order as a way of thanking our customers for shopping at Wines Non-Alcohol 🙂
