Please choose your item/s carefully as Wines Non-Alcohol does not offer returns for items where you have changed your mind. This includes returns where you have selected the incorrect size of an item, or where you have ordered the wrong product.
We are happy to offer a return if an item is deemed as faulty. However, this does not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse. The item/s must also be provided to us within a reasonable time with your proof of purchase. You can download a copy of your invoice from your orders.
Wines Non-Alcohol will offer a replacement, or refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method, if the problem is major (faulty). A major problem is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what Wines Non-Alcohol said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Faulty Returns Process
If you would like to return a faulty item/s, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the matter promptly.
Once we receive your item, it will be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome as to whether or not it is deemed as faulty. If the item is faulty, your request will be processed within 1-3 business days.
Delivery Times for Returns
- Returns within the metro area generally take 2 to 5 business days to reach us.
- Returns from outside the metro area may take up to 10 business days to reach us.
Refund Processing Time
- For refunds, your financial institution may need an additional 3-5 days to clear the funds into your bank account.
